Facilitated by Scott Hughes, Associate General Secretary (World Service) at Discipleship Ministries

Alaska’s ministry leaders are resourceful, committed, and ready to go deeper. This session invites leaders to ask: What if generosity and witness aren’t programs but expressions of who we are becoming as disciples? Drawing on Wesleyan practices of formation, we’ll explore how cultivating an intentional discipleship culture shapes communities that give freely and share their faith naturally, not out of obligation, but out of abundance. Expect honest conversation, practical tools, and space to imagine what this could look like in your context.
